Buymoreweed.com (BMW) operates a licensed cannabis delivery service throughout Southern California. The company is growing and looking for delivery dispatchers to join our amazing, customer-focused family! Our team is looking for a full-time role, if you are looking for flexibility or work on demand, this job is not for you. We are looking to build a team of people who enjoy coming to work and making our customers happy. There are multiple shifts (Monday-Sunday) along with overtime available (and expected when necessary). You will be working within a small team with a lot of responsibility, challenges and rewards. Hours can range from 11am-11pm. Our goal is to provide an accessible menu of the best cannabis products in California and provide consistent, reliable and timely delivery always.
We are looking to staff Dispatchers/Customer Service Reps that will communicate with customers, manage drivers, manage online orders, Weedmaps and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, be able to handle all types of customer situations, have a good disposition, and work well in high stress/high volume situations. A RELIABLE person, who has great work ethic, great multitasking skills, great communication/customer service skills, common sense, and trustworthiness are required. Everything else will be trained! You are the representative and first point of contact for customer communication of the company, so it is important that you represent the company well!
Must be 21 or older.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customer through phone, email, and text on computer.
- Manage all online customer support (including support email & ticketing)
- Process sales/orders (everything related to this process)
- Route drivers through Onfleet
- Data entry/data management
- Organize inventory
- Communicate with team members during work flow
- Maintain inventory
Skills/Requirements
- Available Weekends and Weekdays
- Fast typer - we will have you take a typing test before an interview.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Proficient in math related to money and taxes- we will have you take a test at interview.
