Essential Functions:
- Assists with the oversight, maintenance, service, and management of all properties within portfolio including but not limited to commercial, residential, international, and/or domestic properties/assets.
- Conducts weekly property walks to monitor and ensure all interior and exterior aspects of properties are maintained, up to code, and services are coordinated as needed.

Conducts monthly property walks focused on pest control management. Documents and reports findings to an authorized pest control vendor.

- Ensures preparation and maintenance of property files in an orderly and logical manner including but not limited to leases, critical correspondence, and other related contracts.
- Maintains property certification and inspection tracking including but not limited to fire life safety equipment, HVAC, backflows, critical equipment, etc.
- Assists with lease administration activities including but not limited to lease abstraction and maintenance of up to date information in database.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and building occupants.
- Ensures tenant and vendor certificates of insurances are current and up to date.
- Interfaces with tenants and vendors on repair and maintenance requests or issues.
- Generates and broadcasts tenant notices regarding shutdowns, outages, etc.
- Collaborates and assists with tenant improvement projects.
- Assists with communication between trade teams, management, and building occupants during projects, repairs, and shutdowns.
- Assists with property acquisition process. Procures data on prospective locations and presents to management and conducts on-site visits and survey prospective properties.
- Obtains and coordinates bid proposals and service contracts from third party vendors. Participates in performance oversight of all third party vendors who provide contract services.
- Ensure invoices are processed with accounting with appropriate back-up documents and according to established procedures.
- Oversees parking assignments for the Facilities department.
- Assists in the development of satellite lab playbooks, business continuity plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Assists with short and long term facilities maintenance projects at local and satellite lab locations.
- Serves as a point of contact and liaison for satellite lab locations. Assists with execution of satellite labs requests.
- Create and post flyers and signages as needed or requested.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a customer facing role required.
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management, preferred.
Special Requirements/Certification:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid documentation to travel internationally.
- Acceptable driving record and reliable source of personal transportation.
- Ability to travel by various modes of transportation (i.e., vehicle, plane); local, domestic, and internationally.
