App Analyst to be put under the security Capex project for Service Account management
- This person is an analyst type that is technical and can work with the application owners/vendors, the PM and AD/Server engineers.
- This person will need to come in and learn the three technical applications an approach, explain the approach methods to the applications and vendor folks and help coordinate one of the selected methods through implementation.
- Strong communication, documentation, and spreadsheet skill to support he PM and Project technical project lead.
- Ability and experience working on large scale projects with demonstrated capabilities of being able to work with, security, technical and application teams to get results and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
Tools
- Gain a high-level understanding of the various tools used by the system engineer for account data gathering and analytics
Account Processing
- Work with systems engineer to Identify applications and associated service account candidates for password rotation
- Work with application owners and vendors to validate each accounts usage and purpose, and plan the transitioning of service accounts
- Process disablement/deletion change management for accounts identified as no longer needed
- Work with Project Technical Lead to ensure active accounts identified as not service accounts are transitioned to proper user accounts
Workflow & Documentation
- Provide input into the design and workflow documents that are required for achieving the desired end result (data gathering/extraction, data analytics, account determination, testing, account transition/passwording, hand off, etc. )
Status/Communications
- Stay in constant contact with all key individuals for any given app/service account transition until completed
- With input from the system engineer, ensure status tracking is kept up to date for each application in progress
Customer Relations
- Acts as liaison with various app owners and vendors
- Explain project goals, requirements, workflow and challenges in a straightforward and concise manner
Misc
- Work hours: 8:00a–5:00p PST
- 100% Remote
- Ensure and enforce system compliance with all general and security-related internal standards, policies, and external regulations
