Prism Smoke & Vape is looking for a full-time Manager to oversee and direct the activities of the retail store. The ideal candidate will be a leadership-trained professional able to inspire and motivate team members to perform their best and ensure the excellence of the food and beverage services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead staff by example
- Guide employees through training and leadership development
- Ensure employees have adequate supplies and resources
- Develop schedules and staff schedules
- Ensure equipment is in good condition and maintain it
- Oversee store operations
- replenish inventory
- Prepare reports on employee performance

- Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of management techniques, communication and conflict resolution methods
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize work.
- Problem solving skills along with creative thinking.

Pay: $65,550.00 - $75,181.00 per year
