The following position is to join our Corporate Team:
Don’t just start a co-op, start a career. Corporate Human Resources is seeking a full-time co-op student employee for July – December 2023 to join our corporate Talent Management, Learning and Development team as we reimagine how leaders are supported across Raytheon Technologies (RTX).
This co-op will partner across the company to create a new development program for first-time leaders. At the end of this co-op, you will have participated in benchmarking, conducting focus groups, evaluating vendor solutions, instructional design, and measurement. This role will also be engaged in revamping our internal communications of our programs and resources to all employees.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Partner across RTX to document current state for new leader development.
- Participate in focus group facilitation to define stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct external benchmarking to inform contemporary practices.
- Support strategy development and instructional design for new leader development.
- Work with SMEs to redesign and implement new internal communications portals.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to balance workload by multi-tasking
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely
Desired Skills:
- Experience managing project schedules and tasks
- Interest in a career within Human Resources
Required Education/Experience:
- Candidate must be actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Please upload a copy of your most recent transcript when applying to this requisition.
