Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical developers to define problems, enhancements, and solutions.
- Assist in conducting Gap Analysis for the system considering AS IS and TO BE features.
- Assist in documenting the FRDs and BRDs as per the business requirements, develop Use Stories, and prepare the Workflow using Acceptance Criteria with Input, Output, and Pre- and Post-conditions.
- Assist Product Owners working on artifacts like Product Backlog, Spring Backlog, Sprint, and Release Burn down.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Management, or any relevant.
- Good understanding of Business Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, and Joint Application Development JAD sessions with clients.
- Good Understanding in creating BRD and FRS documents, User stories, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Good communicator and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
