We are seeking a virtual receptionist/scheduler to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls
Calling back any and all missed calls
Answering all emails/texts/social media messages in a timely and professional manner
Scheduling/Dispatcher/Router for Technicians
Posting daily to social media
Customer Relations
Working with technicians to ensure quality customer experience
Qualifications:
This is a work from home opportunity so you must be proficient using Zoom for Company Meetings and updates as well as handling all work over the computer.
Your at home environment MUST be a quiet place that is ideal for answering calls from customers and other employees to ensure a professional impression.
Social media experience preferred!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
