PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Workforce Management Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone and face-to-face interactions. The employee scope includes staff as well as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Listen to internal guests inquiries and provide suggestions, training and general assistance with various software platforms
  • Collaborate with department leaders providing attendance, refusal and call out tracking
  • Perform special projects as directed by management
  • Discover new best practices to enhance the employee experience while adhering to current labor agreements and department policies
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Workforce Management Specialists and management by preparing labor and payroll reporting
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

PREFERRED:

  • One (1) year of scheduling experience
  • Experience utilizing Virtual Roster and Kronos software
  • Bi-lingual
