PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Workforce Management Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone and face-to-face interactions. The employee scope includes staff as well as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Listen to internal guests inquiries and provide suggestions, training and general assistance with various software platforms
 - Collaborate with department leaders providing attendance, refusal and call out tracking
 - Perform special projects as directed by management
 - Discover new best practices to enhance the employee experience while adhering to current labor agreements and department policies
 - Provide administrative and clerical support to Workforce Management Specialists and management by preparing labor and payroll reporting
 - Perform other job-related duties as requested
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
 
PREFERRED:
- One (1) year of scheduling experience
 - Experience utilizing Virtual Roster and Kronos software
 - Bi-lingual
