```Duties```:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and software applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
- Assist with network administration tasks, including LAN troubleshooting and configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira to track and document support requests.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Provide end-user training on software applications and systems.
```Qualifications```:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in desktop support and software troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Familiarity with network administration concepts and tools (e.g., Meraki, SCCM).
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and cross-functional teams.
